I'm Kalpana, a Food Technology professional, educator, and mentor. I hold B.Tech in Food Technology and M.Tech in Food Engineering, and I've also qualified GATE (XL). I began my career as a Food Safety Officer with the Government of West Bengal, where I spent years on the ground conducting inspections, enforcing FSSAI regulations, and navigating the real world administration of food safety law.
